Create a delicious home made flatbread with only 3 ingredients, so much tastier than shop bought ones. Add a little garlic butter and chopped parsley for extra flavour. Does this now mean I’m an accomplished baker as I’ve just baked my own bread??? Well its a start anyway

Ingredients
- (8oz/225g) full fat natural plain yogurt (or greek yogurt)
- 1 cup (5oz/142g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Optional toppings
- 1/2 cup (4oz/115g) butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic finely minced
- parsley roughly chopped
- 1 pinch salt to taste

For the flatbread
Place the flour and the baking soda in a bowl and mix well
Add the yoghurt gradually and mix well. Different yoghurts will create different consistencies so add carefully until a smooth texture is obtained.
Divide mixture into four and roll into a 6-8 inch circle on a floured board

Brush on the garlic butter at this point and fry gently in a heated pan.

Dont have the heat on too high as the flatbread will burn. Bubbles will start to appear, flip and cook other side.
Serve with chopped parsley.
These fantastic flatbreads are great with grilled chicken or chilli and can easily be substituted with a naan bread when having a curry.
Go on have a go.
Si thi.
