My first post….wooohoo…been an ambition of mine for a while to start a blog relating to my main passion..food and drink…hopefully get better as I go along and attempt to entice readers with my own recipes and reviews of eateries from around Yorkshire and beyond. First recipe post is Chicken Quesadillas, I’m a big fan of Mexican food and try to recreate the authentic flavours of the Yucatan with this simple but tasty recipe. Homemade salsa and guacamole give it that extra burst of flavour.
